This is an original 1907 color print of the Eiger mountain in the Bernese Alps of Switzerland (die Schweiz). The Eiger rises to an elevation of 13,025 feet, and was first ascended by Christian Almer, Peter Bohren, and Charles Barrington in August of 1858.
