This is an original 1956 color print of a portrait of Don Evaristo Pereze de Castro. The original title was "An Unknown Draughtsman" until it was exhibited in Madrid and a man came to the painting exclaiming it was his father. The man was correct and the name was changed. The man in the image was a politician and draughtsman who was friends with Goya. He is shown with a porte-crayon because Goya considered him a better artist that politician.
