Ancient Egypt — A History Include Chaldea, Syria, Babylonia and Assyria (1903/1904)

A limited edition collection of important historical prints of Ancient Egypt produced in 1903 & 1904. The edition size produced at that time was out of 1,000 and this collection of prints was numbered 763. The edition and number are not present on the individual item but rather was provided for the collection as a whole.

Professor Maspero produced the majority of data around the volumes that held this collection, ending with Alexander the Great. This was followed by the work of Dr. S. Rappoport who drew heavily from more contemporary authorities, such as Prof. W. M Flinders Petrie.

Extraordinary in it's production including chromolithographs, phtogravures, and halftone prints.
