This is an original 1923 black and white halftone print of the German Corner in the city of Koblenz, Germany. The area is the region where the Rhine and Moselle Rivers converge and is also the site of the William I monument. The monument was erected in 1897 CE to honor the memory of German Emperor, William I and was built by architect Bruno Schmitz. It was later destroyed by American artillery during World War I.
