This is an original 1925 halftone print of traffic puttering along the Avenue des Champs-Elysées in Paris, France, which was originally a painting by Abel George Warshawsky.

Abel George Warshawsky (1883-1962) was an American expatriate from Cleveland, Ohio, who lived in Paris before Word War I. He was noted for his interesting take on Realism and French Impression, and was acquainted on a personal level with Auguste Renoir. At the beginning of the war, he returned to North America and established himself in California. His work can be seen in quite a few locations, including the Luxembourg Museum in Paris, the Cleveland Institute of Art, and the Minneapolis Art Institute.
