This is an original 1915 black and white in-text wood engraving of a political cartoon by British artist and cartoonist, Leonard Raven-Hill (1867-1942) satirizing the Irish Convention, an assembly that met in Dublin, Ireland from July 1917 until March 1918 to address the Irish question and other constitutional problems relating to self-government for Ireland.
