This is an original 1915 black and white photogravure of Filipino women washing clothes in the San Juan River near the San Juan River Bridge. It was close to this bridge that the first shots were fired at the start of the Battle of Manila in 1899. Please note that there is a brief descriptive text on the reverse. Please see both images.
