This is an original 1931 two-color collotype of a late medieval piece which was possibly by Italian artist Naddo Ceccarelli. Although a Nativity scene, it features a lot of seemingly out-of-place characters, and holds to the usual medieval tradition of making the central figure (in this case Mary) larger than all others, regardless of perspective.
