This is an original 1921 halftone print of a pipe system for crude oil transportation in Oilville, England. The article writes, "A town to be known as Oilville is under construction near Skewan, England, an undertaking with it is estimated will cost between six million and eight million pounds (thirty million to forty million dollars).
