This is an original 1922 sepia rotogravure of Madonna and Child. The caption writes, "Painting of the Madonna and Child and two angels by Piero Pollaiuolo (1429-98). It was formerly in the Barker and Boyce Collection and in the Weber Collection (Berlin). It is painted on Italian wood and is 30 1/2 by 22 inches. It was bought fore more than $50,000 by Martin A. Ryerson of Chicago for his private collection."
