This is an original 1870 black and white wood engraved map of an artistic panorama of the theater or "seat" of the Franco-Prussian War that took place between the Second French Empire and the Kingdom of Prussia and her allies in the North German Confederation from July 19, 1870 to May 10, 1871.

This 142+ year old Item is rated Very Fine. Moderate aging throughout. Some light surface rub. Small tear - top margin. Please note that there is an original center crease. There is also some light creasing in the bottom left corner of the image.
