This 88+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine. Light aging in margins. Light creasing. No natural defects. No surface rub. 1/4 inch tear. No water damage. Please note there is printing on the reverse. There is some minor black speckling in some of the images, though mainly on the bottom image on the third page. There is a very small tear in the margin of page 2/3, as well as in page 1/2. There are some minor thumb prints in article.
