This is an original 1908 halftone print of Mother and Child by George De Forest Brush. Brush was an American painter who, with Abbott H. Thayer, made contributions to military camouflage, as did his wife. Mary Taylor Brush was an aviator and artist and Gerome Brush, was their son who was a sculptor. This painting is the property of the Museum of Fine Arts located in Boston.
