This is an original 1880 black and white wood engraving of a Renaissance painting by Raphael (Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino) that portrayed the Virgin Mary holding the Christ child above the kneeling figures of Sigismonde de'Conti, St. Jerome, St. Francis of Assisi, and St. John the Baptist.
