This is an original 1882 monochrome wood engraving of St. Olaf's Castle in Nyslott (Ny Slott), Finland. St Olaf''s Castle is also known as Olofsborg and Olavinlinna. It is the northernmost medieval stone fortress still standing. It is from the 15th century and is situated in Savonlinna, Finland.
