This is an original 1888 black and white halftone print of Dauan Island which is part of islands of the Torres Strait in the Pacific Ocean. It is the most northern mountain of Australia's Great Dividing Range. One can only get to Dauan via boat or helicopter since there is no landing strip for an airplane.

This 123+ year old Item is rated Very Fine +++. Light aging throughout. No creases. No natural defects. No surface rub. 1/4 inch tear - right margin. No water damage. Please note that there is also a small tear in the left margin.
