This is an original 1897 black and white halftone print of "The Taking of Dapur in Galilee. Drawn by Boudier, from a photograph by Beato." A part of Ramesses II's campaign to conquer Syria in 1269 BC, the Siege of Dapur is inscribed on the wall of his mortuary temple, the Ramesseum, located in Thebes in Upper Egypt.
