This is an original 1907 black and white cover for The Scientific American Journal for July 13th (Volume XCVII, No. 2) from Munn & Company. This cover features images of a high-speed printing machine for floor oilcloths and linoleum, and a linoleum-making stamping machine.

CONDITION

This 104+ year old Item is rated Very Fine ++. Light aging throughout. Moderate wrinkling. No natural defects. Some light surface rub. No water damage. There is some light bleed through visible in the text areas of this cover. There is a deep crease that runs through the middle of this cover and on each end a small tear in the left and right margins.
