This is an original 1907 halftone print of the threshing floor in Bassae, Greece. This archaeological site is located in the Messinia Prefecture area of Greece. It is notorious for its 5th Century BC Temple of Apollo Epicurius. This site was also the first to be listed on the World Heritage List.
