This is an original 1911 black and white halftone print of "'La Paz' Theater, City of San Luis Potosi." This early twentieth century image captures the San Luis Potosi Teatro de la Paz (The Theater of Peace). Constructed during the presidency of Porfirio Díaz, the Theater opened on 4 Decmeber, 1894. Designed by architect Jose Noriega in the Neoclassical style, the structure features a pink stone façade.
