This is an original 1911 halftone print of the Congress of City Planners in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The caption writes, "Over a hundred cities were represented. This model was voted to be the most complete of its kind ever constructed. Every building was made to scale. The model showed how the 'City Beautiful' improvements now under way in the City of Philadelphia, will look when completed."
