This is an original 1911 halftone print of marching band prisoners on the roof garden of the Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City, Philippines near Manila, which was originally erected in 1865. Noteworthy prisoners included Emilio Changco, Amando V. Hernandez, Jovita Salonga, Tomoyuki Yamashita, Claudio Teehankee Jr. and Hubert Webb.
