This is an original 1914 black and white tipped-in halftone print of a portrait of English conductor, music composer, pianist, and teacher, Sir Landon Ronald, born Landon Ronald Russell, (1873-1938). He was the conductor of the New Symphony Orchestra in London during the early 20th century and also served as the principal of the Guildhall School of Music from 1910-1938.
