This is an original 1924 two-color cover for The Youth's Companion magazine, May 8,1924, that features a quote about Mother's Day that reads; "There is one debt that you can never pay in full - your debt to your mother. She does not ask it or expect it. All she asks, all she hopes, is just that you pay the interest on it. And you cannot pay even that in money, but only in patience and love and gentleness. The one kind of currency that is legal tender in the place where mothers go."
