This is an original 1950 color print ad for interval timer switches for automatic dishwashers that were made and sold by the P.R. Mallory & Company, Inc., of Indianapolis, Indiana (IN). The ad also features an illustration of a housewife being greeted by her husband and children. "Drudgery" may be "disappearing", but sexism and gender roles are readily apparent.
